Clara Esther Gardner, age 87, of Westerville, Monday Doctor's Hospital North. Charter member of Flint Community Club. Preceded in death by husband Ellis R. Gardner; daughters Dorothy Rose & Martha Louise. Survived by sons Edmund, Unionville Center, Oh., Roy , Whitehall, Oh., Robert Delaware, Oh., Carroll, Columbus, Oh.; daughters Thelma Alexander, Columbus, Oh., Betty Richardson, Powell, Oh., & Margaret Gardner, Westerville, Oh.; 22 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Moreland Funeral Home 55 E. Schrock Rd., Westerville, Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where service will be held Friday 2 p.m. Rev. David Hogg officiating. Interment Flint Cemetery.
