VENEMA John A. Venema, 88, of Worthington, died Wednesday, May 18, 2011. John was a retired Insurance Underwriter and was a WWII Veteran. He is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 65 years, Donna; children, Cheryl (John) Burns, J. Christopher Venema and Susan (John) Birchfield; grandchildren, Krista, Jennifer, Karee, Jonathan, Alison, Tyler and Morgan; great grand daughters, Madeline and Kayla. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, May 23, 2011, at the SCHOEDINGER WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 6699 N. High Street (1/2 mile south of 270) where friends may call one hour prior to the service.
