R. Joseph McKnown, age 11 of 7024 S. Fifth, Kirkersville, Thursday as a result of an accident. Sixth grade student Kirkersville, School. Survived by mother Shirley McKown, Kirkersville, Oh.; father & step-mother Mr. & Mrs. Robert E. McKown, Columbus, Oh.; sisters Cathy McDonough, Worthington, Oh., Amy McKown, at home; brother Michael (Karen) McKown, Galena, Oh.; maternal grandmother Helen Jacobs Berberick, Plymouth, Oh.; several aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. Funeral service 11 a.m. Saturday at the Ascension Lutheran Church, 1479 Morse Rd. Rev. A.F. Haimerl officiating. Friends received 1 hour prior to service at the Church. Private interment later at Flint Cemetery. Arrangements by Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St, Worthington. Contributions may be made to Y.M.C.A. Camp Wilson or Southwest Licking Little League.
