Obituary

CHAPIN Susan I. Chapin, age 56, of Worthington, died Sunday, March 14, 2004 at Grant Hospital. A graduate of Worthington High School, Susan worked for many years at the Home Market and 25 years at the Worthington Nursing Home. She leaves to cherish her memory, her parents, Robert and Irene Chapin; sisters, Saundra Hunsaker and Marjorie (Ron) Reed; nieces, Amy Preston, Tiffany (Luke) Howard and Becca Reed; nephews, Joe (Sharlene) Hunsaker, Rob Hunsaker and Travis Reed. Family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday and again one hour before the funeral service to be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2004 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, WORTHINGTON CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington, 614-885-4006. (Funeral home is on High St. four blocks south of SR 161). Pastor David L. Bachelor officiating. Interment Flint Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, friends may make memorial contributions to Central Ohio Diabetes Association, 1580 King Ave., Columbus, Oh. 43212 or the Kidney Foundation of Ohio, 1373 Grandview Ave., Columbus, Oh. 43212, in Susan's memory.
