William Richard Smith, 75, Worthington, OH., Monday, January 10, 2000, St. Ann's Hospital. Veteran U.S. Army, WWII. Retired from Lazarus after 30 years. Member of North Church of Christ in Christian Union. Survived by daughter, Sheri (John) Rovtar of Worthington; son, David (Mary) Smith of Webster, NY; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; brother, Robert (Carolyn) Smith, Baltimore, OH. Funeral service 10 a.m. Friday, January 15, 2000 at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, Worthington Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington, OH, where friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Rev.
