Allen Alexander Davis, age 73, 151 Sherman Ave., Monday, St. Anthony Hospital. Survived by sons and daughter-in-law, Allen A. and Angela Davis, Adam N. Davis; daughter, Mattie L. Whitfield; 1 grandson; a host of nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Funeral service Thursday, 1 p.m. Chapel of C.D. White and Sons Funeral Home, 1217 Mt. Vernon Avenue. The Rev. L.C. Brown officiating. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Weds. where family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
