ELSEA Arthur R. Elsea, 95, of Columbus, Wednesday, June 9, 2010 at home. Preceded in death by daughter Annette Pritchard. Survived by wife of 69 years, Janette Lehman Elsea; children, Art (Barbara) Elsea Jr., Diane Aleshire; son-in-law, David Pritchard; grandchildren, David Aleshire, Louise Elsea, Aaron Aleshire, Eric Aleshire, Michael Pritchard, Melissa Coffey, Betsy Pritchard, Kathryn Elsea and Bethany Aleshire; great grandchildren, Ginriche, Annie, Gregory and Jon Wesley; special friend, Sandy Yahn. Received Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering 1939. Member Tau Beta Pi, Sigma Gamma Epislon. Retired Research Engineer Battelle Memorial Institute 1939-1977. Member ASM and AIME. Memorial service 6 p.m., Saturday, June 19, 2010 at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington, Ohio, where friends may call from 5-6 p.m., Saturday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HomeReach Hospice.
