Charles W. Burke, age 64, of Worthington, Monday, Sept. 14, 1981, Riverside Hospital. Custodian for Worthington City Schools. Survived by wife, Anita; sons and daughter-in-law, George and Molly, Robert and Steven; daughters and son-in-law, Linda and Bill Thorist, Barbara and Susan; 6 grandchildren; brothers, Wilbur, Erlin and Harold; sisters, Alberta Snowden, Mariam Dlacich, Martha Lowe; several nieces and nephews. Veteran of WW II and recipient of the Purple Heart. Service 10 a.m. Thursday RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Pastor John Willet officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. Friends if they wish may contribute to the Columbus Cancer Clinic, 550 Thomas Lane, Columbus.
