Obituary

Clifford O. Gates, age 90 of Pickerington, formerly of Kokomo, Ind., Sunday, April 17, 1994. Yorkshire Health Care Center, Columbus, Ohio. Retired Owner and Operator of Gates Nursery in Kokomo; graduate of Purdue University and was a US Army Veteran. Survived by his wife, Leona, Yorkshire Health Care Center; step-daughter, Phyllis (Clark) Mead, Columbus; niece, Virginia Sennimore, Ind. Preceded in death by his parents Dock and Flora Gates; brother Fred; sisters Grace and Maude and step-brother Harold Jennings. Cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. Family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be made to your favorite charity in Cliff's memory. Arrangements by Dwayne R. Spence Funeral Home, Pickerington.
