Edward A. Schifer, age 72, Sunday, at the Punta Gorda, Fla. Retired Employee of Borden Co., 33 years service. Veteran of WW II. Member of Century Club of Bordens. Survived by wife, Eleanor; sisters, Mrs. Bertha Nicola, Dublin, O., Mrs. Elsie Bauer, Hendersonville, S.C., Mrs. Emma Aleshire, Laurel, Md., Miss Ruth Schifer, Hendersonville, S.C. Friends may call SOUTHWICK FUNERAL CHAPEL, 3100 N. High St., Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where service will be from the memorial chapel, 11 a.m. Thursday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Pastor Kenneth Schelfke officiating.
