Edwin J. Bath, age 79, of 1052 N. E. 63rd St., Friday, Fort Lauderdale, Fla., auto accident. Former resident of Worthington. survived by 3 daughters, Mrs. Glenn Ellstrom of Greensboro, N.C., Mrs. Arthur O. Wittman Jr., of Ft. Myers, Fla. and Mrs. Janet Campbell of Worthington; 2 sisters; 9 grandchildren. Scout Executive, Boy Scouts of America, 10 years. Member of Christ Methodist Church, Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. Member of University Lodge 631 F&AM. Scottish Rite, Valley of Columbus, and Aladdin Temple Shrine. Legislative Representative, Ohio Farm Bureau, 18 years, Ohio State Fair Manager, 1947 and 1948. Funeral Service, 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Worthington Methodist Church. Friends may call at Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Rev. W. Edge Dixon officiating. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery.
