Ellsworth K. Garner, age 89, of 876 Bethel Road, Columbus, Friday Oct. 3, 1980, Union County Memorial Hospital. Retired Columbus and Southern Electric Co. Preceded in death by wife, Elma S. Garner. Survived by son, Foster S. Garner, Logan, Ohio; daughter, Mrs. James (Marilyn) Boswell, Columbus; 3 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; 1 brother, Paul Garner, Columbus. Member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Member of Supervisor's Club, Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Co. Funeral service 1 p.m. Tuesday, Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington. Friends will be received one half hour prior to service time. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
