Ethel M. Shultz, age 66, 2658 Homecroft Dr., Friday, Doctor's hospital North. Survived by husband, Herman Shultz; son, Stanley Shultz; granddaughter, Sharon Shultz, both of Worthington; nieces and nephews. Member of St. Peter's Luthern Church. Funeral service 1:30 p.m. Monday at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. Robert Swanger officiating. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at Rutherford's 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Contributions may be made to the Heart Trauma Unit of Sharon Township Fire Dept., 805 High St., Worthington.
