Obituary

Glenn E. Osborn, age 58, of Columbus, died Thursday, October 17, 1996 in Perry County. Letter Carrier at the West Worthington Branch, US Post Office, retiring after 40 years of dedicated service. Preceded in death by parents Thomas and Audrey Osborn. Survived by wife, Joyce Ann Osborn; children, Christie Lynn and Bryan Glenn Osborn; uncles, Bert Remy of Worthingotn, Don Remy and Paul Remy, both of Waverly, Ohio; many cousins and friends. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. Member of the NRA and National Association of Letter Carriers. Awarded Safe Driver Award from the Natioanl Safety Council. Funeral service 12:30 p.m. Monday, October 21, 1996 at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington. Dr. David Redding officiating. Family will receive friends from 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
