Harry B. Gatton, age 82, of Columbus, Sunday, July 5, 1987 at home. Retired from the Transportation Dept., BancOhio. Previously retired salesman for General Baking Co. Survived by wife, Norene Hill Gatton; son and daughter-in-law, David F. and Judith Gatton, Woodland Hills, Calif.; daughter and son-in-law, Jo Ann and James B. Heck, Tampa, Fla.; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Rose Smith, Columbus. Attended Overbrook Presbyterian church. Member of M.A.T.H. Club. Long time bowler and golfer. Funeral service 11 a.m. Wednesday Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. Walter Young officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Contributions may be made to Columbus Cancer Clinic or Clintonville Woman's Club.
