Hazel B. Henderson, age 76, of 897 Hartford Street, Worthington. Died Sunday, Whetstone Convalescent Center. Widow of John W. Henderson. Survived by son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Jack and Betty Henderson of Grand Haven, Mich.; daughter and son-in-law, Jay and Phyllis Truitt of Worthington; 6 grandchildren; sister, Mr. Carl Wikle of Fredericktown; brother, Burton Beaver of Cottonwood, Ariz. Member of Worthington United Methodist Church, South Side Settlement Link, Worthington Women's Club. Past-president of Worthington School Board. Lifetime Honorary Member of WSCS. Service 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington. Dr. W. Edge Dixon officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Those who wish may contribute to the Worthington United Methodist Church Memorial Fund in her name.
