Hazel V. Hartman, age 62, of 1046 Morning St., Worthington, died Saturday at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Preceded in death by son, Victor. Survived by Husband, Warren Hartman of Worthington; two sons, Gary Warren Hartman and Mark Alan Hartman; one daughter, Eileen Fay Hartman; and one grand-daughter, Lara LeAnne Hartman, all of Worthington; mother, Minnie Stern of Canada; one brother, Clarence A. Stern of Oshkosh, Wis.; two sisters, Lillian Logan of Canada, Esther Prenier of Hialeah, Fla. Member of Worthington Seventh Day Adventist Church. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday at Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington. Pastor Ronald Watson officiating. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
