TIPTON Joan (Clark) Tipton, age 75, of Columbus, died Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Mt. Carmel West Hospital. Widow of Rolley R. Tipton. Survived by nephew, James H. Clark II; other relatives and friends. Retired from Ohio School for the Blind after 30 years service. Graveside Service 11 a.m. Friday, July 13, 2012 at Walnut Grove Cemetery. Jim Moss officiating.
