Katherine Chase, age 90, 3440 Olentangy River Rd., Tuesday, Mt. Carmel Hospital. Widow of Earl Chase. Survived by sons, Hurley W. and Olen E. Chase, both of Columbus; 3 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren. Member of Worthington United Methodist Church, Pomeroy, Ohio OES. Funeral service 9 a.m. Thursday RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington, Dr. W. Edge Dixon officiating. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends received by Rutherfords 2-4 and 7-9 Wednesday.
