Jackson, Kimball, WV; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Forest Thompson, Worthington. Member of First Baptist Church, West Virginia Nurses Assoc. Pianist for the First Baptist Church Sunday School. Graduate of Worthington Public Schools and Mt. Carmel Nursing School. Graveside service 11a.m. Saturday Walnut Grove Cemetery.
