M. Elizabeth Gabel Sells (Betty), age 88, of Columbus, Tuesday, March 14, 1995 at Friendship Village. Former Worthington resident. Preceded in death by husband William R.; son Fred W.; grandson Brian W. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Lois and Gary Fulmer, Columbus; daughter-in-law Eleanor, California; granddaughters, Kathleen F. Waller (Chris), Circleville, Karen F. Lindner (Robert Jr.) of Oxford, Dr. Laura Sells, Cincinnati; great granddaughter, Christina Marie Lindner; sister-in-law, Louise Gabel, Columbus; brother-in-law, John Sells, Marion; several nieces and nephews. Lifelong resident of the area. Graduated Worthington High School, 1925. Past Matron and 60 year member Worthington Chapter #287 O.E.S., New England Social Club, past matrons and patrons of Worthington Chapter, member of the Worthington United Methodist Church. Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Doctor W. Edge Dixon officiating. Friends may call 7-9 pm, Monday. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Assoc. or American Cancer Society.
