Marion J. Thompson, age 68, 4400 N. Fourth St., Friday, Riverside Hospital. Retired foreman for Franklin County Engineering Dept. for 25 years. Survived by wife, Susie A.; son, Rev. Ronald J. Thompson, Dewitt, Michigan; daughters, Mrs. Norman (Mary Margaret) Matthews, Delaware, Mrs. Richard (Anna Mae) Petrovich, Columbus, Mrs. Roger (Barbara L.) Farmer, Layton, Utah; 11 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; brother, Robert L. Thompson, Columbus; sister, Mrs. Roger (Helen) Maize, Delaware. Attended Beechwold Church of the Nazarene. Service 11:30 a.m. Monday RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL< 515 high St., Worthington. Rev. Billy Coots officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends received at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
