Max Carlton Clemens, age 58, 621 Garden Rd., Wednesday, November 8, Riverside Hospital. Native of Coshocton, Ohio. Columbus resident for the past 10 years. Survived by wife, Madge; daughter, Ellen, Columbus; son, Jerome; daughter-in-law, Faye; grandson, William, Fairborn, Ohio. Retired Claims Manager for Mutual of Omaha. Navy veteran of WWII. Member of Maple Grove United Methodist Church. Former member of Rotary International. Friends may call SOUTHWICK FUNERAL HOME, 3100 N. High St., Thursday 7-9 p.m., Friday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where service will be from the memorial chapel 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Dr. John E. Longsworth officiating.
