Mildred M. Collins, age 69, 744 Kingsford Rd., Thursday, Doctor's Hospital West. Retired Examiner State Auditor's office. Widow of Walter Collins. Survived by daughter, Mrs. Harry (Monabelle) Perdew; 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Holstein; sister, Hazel Haughn, all of Columbus. Member of Light-O-Day Chapter 472 OES. Funeral service 10 a.m. Monday RUTHERFORD CHAPEL, 2383 N. High St. Rev. Stephen Hoard officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home, 7-9 p.m. Saturday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
