Obituary

BARTLEY Nellie M. (Thomas) Bartley, age 97, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at her home. She was a long-time resident of Worthington, and a graduate of Columbus North High School. Nellie was employed by Worthington Schools in food service for many years. Preceded in death by parents Fred and Clara (Schertzer) Thomas, step-father Clyde Kent, husband E. Clyde Bartley, and son Jack C. Bartley. Survived by daughters, Patricia (David) Bachelor and Kris (Jim) Case; daughter-in-law, Cathy Bartley; grandchildren, Barry, Tammy, Greg, Jodi, Jacquie, Kym, Amy, Meegan, Jason, Jarrod, Jerina; 27 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great-grandchildren. No visitation. Private family burial at Walnut Grove Cemetery on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Assoc.-Research, Mid Ohio Chapter, 950 Michigan Ave., Columbus, Oh. 43215 in her memory.
