Patricia Sargeant Downs, age 73, of Worthington. Sunday, February 14, 1988 at St. Ann's Hospital. Survived by husband, Edgar S. Downs Jr., Worthington; son, Edgar S. Downs III of Colo.; daughter, Mrs.. Calvin (Nancy) Taylor of Worthington; grandchildren, Christina and Matthew Taylor, Kristen, Shelby, Torrey and Parker Downs. Member St. John's Episcopal Church. Former President Worthington Women's Club. Member Worthington Historical Society and Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority. Graduate of Illinois University. She did graduate work at Columbia University. Memorial service 10 a.m. Friday at St. John's Episcopal Church, 700 High St., Worthington. Arrangements by Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington.
