Rachel A. Shoemaker, age 98, of Columbus, Sunday January 29, 1995 at Manor Care Nursing Home. Widow of Ralph M. Shoemaker. Survived by sons, Robert Ellis (Delores) Shoemaker, Dean Brown Shoemaker; daughter Jane (Robert F.) Jenkins; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren. Member of Bethel United Methodist Church. Retired from Nationwide Insurance Co. Funeral service 10 a.m. Wednesday at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN CHAPEL, 515 High St., Worthington. Rev. Dale Bumgardner officiating. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery.
