Obituary

Rebecca Betty Ash, age 86, of Columbus, Monday, at the residence. Member of Ladies Aux. Of V.F.W. Post No. 495. Preceded in death by son Ralph A. Ash and son-in-law Clarence R. Frye. Survived by children Dorothy (James) Pickard, Harold (Estella) Ash, John (Karen) Ash, Tessie (Bud) Gray, Betty Frye and Rosemary (Harold) Dutton; 24 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great-grandchildren; and missed by a very beloved friend, Charles Peters; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many close friends. Friends may call at Jerry Spears, 2693 W. Broad St., Wednesday and Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where service will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
