Robert M. Dunbar, age 85, of Worthington, Thursday, September 9, 1993, Riverside Methodist Hospital. Retired owner and operator of Dunbar's Garage and a WWII U.S. Army veteran. Preceded in death by his brother Glenn Dunbar and daughter Ann Edwards. Survived by his wife, Mary A. Dunbar of Worthington; son, Michael Dunbar of Columbus; daughters, Vera (Joe) Schweitzer of Union, Ohio and Sharon (Robert) Collins of Strongsville, Ohio; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren. Member of C.B.I. Veterans Association, Leasure Blackston Post #239 American Legion, Middletown Post of the VFW and New England Lodge #4 F&AM. Funeral service 10 a.m. Monday, September 13, 1993 at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington. Rev. Arthur F. Haimerl officiating. Interment will follow at Walnut Grove Cemetery, with Military Rites given by the Leasure Blackston Post #239. Family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
