Russell L. Carter, formerly of 2461 Jewett Rd. Powell, Ohio. Died Saturday Crestmont Nursing Center, Delaware, Ohio. Survived by daughter and son-in-law, Donna and John Hayes; 3 grandchildren, Mark, Laurie and Steve, all of Columbus, 32nd degree Mason. Former member of Humboldt Lodge No. 476, Aladdin Temple Shrine. Former member Hilltop Kiwanis Club, Tennessee Walking Horse Association, Worthington Auxiliary Police Department. Private service for family at a later date. Rev. Howard Buckley officiating. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
