Wilber Leslie Mefferd, age 74, of Worthington, Friday, January 26, 1990 at Riverside Hospital. Retired from Battelle Memorial Institute after 33 years service. Veteran WWII serving gin the US Army. Preceded in death by wife, Louella Irene Harner Mefferd. Survived by sons, L. Brian and Michael Douglas Mefferd; daughter-in-law, Peggy Floeh, Cols.; brothers, Clyde, Walter and Arthur Mefferd; sisters-in-law, Marion G. and Mary B. Mefferd and Rose Harner, brother-in-law, Richard Harner; many nieces and nephews. Listed in the Dictionary of International Biographies - 1967 and Who's Who in the Midwest - 1967. Mr. Mefferd was a Charter Member of All Saints Lutheran Church. Member of Garrett Wykoff Lodge No. 585 F&AM, Lima, Ohio.
