Willard M. Buckingham, age 71, 1325 Little Ave., Monday. Retired Brick Layer. Veteran of WWII. Attended Pilgrim Holiness Church. Member of Southeast Conservation Club. Survived by wife, Eleanor; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call O.R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 255 E. State St., 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, where service will be Friday 10 a.m. Rev. Arthur Shropshire officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery.
