William E. Owens, age 86, formerly of 123 W. Clearview, Worthington, Friday, February 3, 1984, Mayfair Village. Retired Civil Engineer. Preceded in death by wife, Anna F. Owens and son, William F. Owens. Survived by son, Dan E. Owens, sister, Mary M. Mullett; daughters-in-law, Clara and Carolyn; grandchildren, William, Jane, Jeffrey, Cynthia and Beth. Member of Worthington Presbyterian Church. Veteran of WWI and WWII. Chief Engineer, Division of Wildlife, Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources. Past President, Assn. of Conservation Engineers. Funeral service 2 p.m. Monday Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High Street, Worthington, where family will receive friends 12:30 p.m. until service time on Monday. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.
