William H. Masters, age 69, Friday, 382 E. Beechwold Blvd. Retired educational counselor Bliss College with whom he has been associated for over 30 years. Survived by wife, Dorothy M. Masters; sister, Mrs. Mary Jean Moore; brothers, Norris and Lloyd Masters all of Columbus; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday Rutherford-Corbin Chapel, 515 High St., Worthington. Burial Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at Rutherford's 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday.
