William H. Tice, Sr., age 85, of 1507 Sandpiper Drive, St. Peterburg, Florida, died Friday, Bay Front Medical Center. Survived by wife, Bertha A.; sons, Kenneth Tice and William H. Tice Jr., both of Columbus; 2 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren. Retired clerk of Franklin County Board of Elections. Former Democratic Committeeman. Service 10 a.m. Wednesday, Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home 515 High Street Worthington, Dr. Paul Johnston officiating. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Monday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday.
