Richard Charles Kennedy, 79, of Columbus, Oh., at home, October, 20, 1995. Graduate of OSU College of Engineering. Graduate of Army Command and General Staff College. Veteran of World War II. Retired Lt. Colonel, U.S. Army Corps. Of Engineers. Retired Engineer Ohio Department of Transportation. Member, New England Lodge #4, F.&A.M. Worthington. Survived by wife of 57 years, Mildren M. of the residence; son and daughter-in-law ron and Suzanne Kennedy of Vancouver, Wa.; daughter Donna M. of Powell, Oh.; four grandchildren and one great-grandson.
