Obituary

Harold H. Young, age 82, of Columbus, died Friday at Friendship Village of Columbus. Retired engineer with the Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources. Survived by wife Dorothy; son Don (Pat) Young; grandchildren Tere & Bryon Courter, Tim & Cindy, Todd & Mavis Young; 7 great-grandchildren; brother Roe (Mary) Young; sister Regina Young, Bethesda, Md. Mr. Young was a charter member of the North Community Lutheran Church, York Lodge 563, Aladdin Shrine and the Scottish Rite. Friends may call Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm at Schoedinger North Chapel, 5554 Karl Road. Graveside service Tuesday 10 a.m., Walnut Grove Cemetery. Pastor Mark Wolkenhauer officiating. Masonic service Monday 8 p.m. In lieu of flowers friends may contribute to the Shriners Burn Hospital, Cincinnati Unit, at 202 Goodman St., Cincinnati, OH 45219, in his memory.
