Background

This is an engraving of Horatio Wright (b. 1820 d. 1892). He served on the Sharon Township Board of Trustees, the Worthington School Board and the Worthington Village Council. He married Harriet Thompson, daughter of Charles and Orilla Thompson(b.1825 d.1865) of Sharon Township in 1855.


Their 155 acre farm was located east of Worthington just past the railroad tracks on the south side of Dublin Granville Road. He raised sheep, pigs, poultry and hay.
