Governor Bob Taft and Worthington City Council President Dr. Lou Goorey road in the lead wagon of the Bicentennial Homecoming Parade on July 5, 2003. The Bicentennial Wagon Train was presented jointly by the State of Ohio and the City of Worthington as a major event of both the Ohio and Worthington Bicentennial celebrations.
