Mr. Boardman

Background
The man in this photograph is identified by the surname Boardman, and lived in a house at the intersection of High St. and North St. in Worthington around the beginning of the 20th century and had a connection to the Maynard family. The 1900 census of Worthington (Sharon Township) shows a Boardman family and two members of a Maynard family residing together in the community. Members of the household were listed in the census as Jas Boardman (b. 1840), Julia Joseph Boardman (b. 1831), Clara F. Boardman (b. 1858), Harry M. Boardman (b. 1861), Francis W. Boardman (b. 1893), E. N. Maynard (b. 1805) and Henryetta Maynard (b. 1894).
