Background

This issue of the Chronicle focuses on new things. The Cardinal, WHS's yearbook will be different in the years prior with change in size, price and more color photos, but puts a call out for more action shots to be added. A new world language is offered as class and new vending machines for hot drinks. The canteen and assembly schedule are still to be determined.

Page 2 features student input with editorials dealing with the fallout of the new principal's decision about the 7:45 school entry. Student and faculty were allowed to provide their thoughts in the Chronicle Query and Letters to the Editor.

Page 3 includes a movie review of Catch 22 and advertisers.

Page 4 spotlights football with quarterback candidates, winning the scrimmage against Hartley, an optimistic Junior varsity football season, and Worthington's victory against Chillicothe Cavaliers.
