Obituary

Laura Leona Huntley, age 94, of Lewis Center, died Thursday, August 26, 2004 at the home of her son in Galena. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter Atwood and Harry F. Huntley, son Walter W. Atwood, brothers Clarence Prouty and Robert Summers, sisters Clara Hudson and Viola White. Her survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Theodore and Elsie Atwood; 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held 11:30 a.m. Monday, August 30, 2004 at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington. Burial will follow in Flint Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
