Obituary

Shirley J.(Callaway) Hill, 71, unexpectedly at home Saturday, November 1, 1997. Born September 17, 1926 in Worthington, Oh. and was preceded in death by her parents Geneva (McKinney) and Augustus Callaway. Survived by husband of 47 years, Napoleon Hill of the residence; son George Hamm of Detroit, Mich.; 4 grandchildren; brother-in-law, James Hill of Worthington; sisters-in-law, Ruth (Moses) Coleman of Detroit, Mich., Josephine Brown of Anchorage, Alaska; and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family. The family will receive friends Wednesday November 5 from 7-9 p.m. at Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home 515 High St., Worthington. Graveside service will be held for the family later at Walnut Grove Cemetery. The Rev. Hurdie Billingslea, of St. John A.M.E. Church, Worthington, officiating.
