Martha E. Bulkley, Saturday, age 74, of 693 Fairlawn Dr. Widow of Emerson J. Bulkley. Survived by son, William F. Bulkley of Columbus; grandchildren. Ward, Lynn and Laura Bulkley. Friends may call WEIR-AREND CHAPEL, 4221 N. High St. Monday 7-9 p.m. where service will be held Tuesday 10 a.m. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Pastor L.E. Mielke officiating.
