Jerry R. Caulkins, age 51, Westerville, Friday, May 13, 1983 at his residence. Cement contractor. Veteran of Korean Conflict. Survived by wife, Loretta; son and daughter-in-law, David and Pamela; daughter, Christina Cann; daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Jerry Jones, all of Westerville; daughter, Janette Caulkins, daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth and Robert Tope, both of Columbus; grandchildren, David, Joshua, Jeremy and Melanie; brother, Earl; sisters, Irma Holdren and Josephine Henderson, all of Columbus; nieces and nephews. Funeral service 2 p.m. Monday, May 16, 1983, RUTHERFORD-CORBIN FUNERAL HOME, 515 High St., Worthington. Interment Walnut Grove Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home, 7-9 Saturday and Sunday.
