Stephen S. Bonesteel, age 39, Columbus, Monday at Kobacker House. Employed by National Rx Services, Inc. He was a member of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity. Survived by wife Judy; father Richard, Ashland, Oh.; mother Ann H. Bonesteel, Tampa, Fla.; former step-mother Ann E. Bonesteel, Ashland, Oh.; brother Richard S., Toledo, Oh.; sister Diana Bonesteel Reife, New York City; grandmother Katherine Rohrer Hazlett, Owego, N.Y.
