Obituary

Wayne E. Johnson, Age 77, of Columbus, Oh., Saturday, September 28, 1996 at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Retired Director, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Grange Mutual Casualty Company after thirty-three years of Service; World War II U.S. Army Veteran and recipient of the Purple Heart; and a graduate of Ohio Northern University where he received his BA & JD Degrees. Preceded in death by his parents Ernest E. and Alice (Betts) Johnson. Survived by his wife, Martha D. Johnson of the residence; son Gregory (Kay) Van Ho of Euclid, Oh.; step-children, Stephen D. Patch, Gregory (Clair) Patch and Carolyn E. Patch & husband, Robert Brodkey; grandchildren, Adam, Tara and Valerie Van Ho, Felicia, Weston and Gavin Patch; sister Barbara Mangas of San Diego, Calif.; Charter member and founder of the Lake Hill Club. Funeral service 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 2, 1996 at the Rutherford-Corbin Chapel 515 High St. Worthington, Oh. with Rev. Joel D. Baer officiating. Interment will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
