Member of Grace Lutheran Church, Eastgate F&AM Lodge No. 603, AASR Valley of Columbus. Survived by wife, Jackie; daughters, Jodie and Dani Lynn; sons, Jeff and Scott; mother, Mary Hochmuth, Pennsylvania; brother and sister-in-law, Fred and Dolores Hochmuth, Pennsylvania; mother-in-law, Margaret Taylor; brother-in-law, Thomas Taylor; special friend, Jan Arrington; special aunt and uncle, Betty and Kenneth Crowe, all of Columbus.
