Effie Gibson, age 79, of Columbus. Wednesday, March 18, 1992, in Kobacker House, Columbus. Retired from Industrial Ceramic Products. Preceded in death by daughter Creta Flexer. Survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Noretta and Fred Shaw of Columbus, Freeda and Matthew Ryan of Dallas, Tex.; 8 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers, Coy Collins of Covington, Ky.; Orville Collins of Hindman, Ky.; Kenneth Collins of Cincinnati, Oh.; Corbin Collins of Lebanon, Oh.; sisters, Genieve Perkins and Ada Cornett, both of Hindman, Ky. And Faye Mullikan of Milford, Oh. Memorial service 11:30 a.m. Saturday March 21, 1992, at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High Street, Worthington, Ohio. Rev. George Hattenfield officiating.
