Dr. Terry L. Hackbarth, age 39, of Longview, Texas, Friday, July 22, 1988 in Texas. Survived by wife, Susan; and son, Gregory Allan Hackbarth of Longview, Texas; parents, Herbert and Elaine Hackbarth; sister and brother-in-law, Debbie and Lloyd DePew; 4 nephews, all of Worthington. Member Trinity Church. Graduate of Worthington High School, Ohio State University and University of Indiana. Member of Sigma Phi Epsillon Fraternity. Memorial service 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Worthington Presbyterian Church, Dr. Lorrin Kreider officiating. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Columbus Cancer Clinic or A Special Wish Foundation. Arrangements by Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home, 515 High St., Worthington.
